1. Order Cancellation

Customers may cancel an order before it has been dispatched for delivery.

• Cancellation requests must be made before the scheduled delivery time.
• Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
• ParishudhFresh reserves the right to cancel any order due to operational or unforeseen circumstances.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

• Payment was deducted but the order was not processed.
• The ordered product was unavailable.
• The order was cancelled before dispatch.
• The wrong product was delivered.
• The product delivered was damaged or defective.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be provided in the following cases:

• Customer provides an incorrect delivery address.
• Customer is unavailable to receive the order.
• Products have been consumed or partially used.
• Refund requests made after a reasonable period from delivery.

4. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method.

• UPI Payments: 3 to 7 business days.
• Debit/Credit Cards: 5 to 10 business days.
• Net Banking: 5 to 10 business days.

Actual credit timelines may vary depending on the customer's bank or payment provider.

5. Return of Water Cans

For returnable water cans, customers are responsible for returning empty cans in good condition during the next delivery cycle.

Security deposits collected for new water cans may be refunded subject to inspection and return of the can in acceptable condition.

6. Security Deposit Policy

ParishudhFresh may collect a refundable security deposit for new water cans.

• Current Security Deposit: ₹175 per new water can.
• Deposit is refundable upon return of the can.
• Damaged, broken, or lost cans may not qualify for full refund.
